Silicon Nitride Bearings Features :

1. Ceramic bearings can used in corrosion-resistant strong acid, strong alkali and sea water.
2. Ceramic Bearings can used in high temperature application ,resistance, the strength and hardness of the silicon nitride ceramic ball are almost unchanged at 800C.
3. It is not magnetically conductive, insulated, can be used in a magnetic field, and does not conduct electricity.
4. Ceramic Bearings are with light weight, 1/4 lighter than ordinary bearings, and its density is 3.20g/cm3.
5. High rigidity, high strength, its hardness is twice higher than that of bearing steel, and its elastic modulus is about 1/3 higher.
6. High-speed rotation, the weight of the rotating body (ball) is light, and the centrifugation is small when rotating.
7. The self-lubricity of silicon nitride ceramic bearing balls can solve the pollution and inconvenience of adding lubricating medium.
8. Chemical resistance, mechanical strength, destructive toughness, and low thermal conductivity.

Application :

For high-speed or ultra-high-speed bearings, high-precision bearings, vacuum bearings, high/low temperature bearings, non-magnetic bearings; these bearings all can use material ceramic.
