1.What Precision Shall I Choose ? 

ABEC (Annular Bearing Engineering Council) uses a system to rate bearings. The rating doesn’t include how fast bearings spin, but are a fairly accurate indicator of a bearing’s quality by factoring in the precision the manufacturing process. 

There are ABEC-1 ,ABEC-3,ABEC-5,ABEC-7,ABEC- 9, A higher ABEC rating means a lower tolerance of error by the manufacturer. For example, ABEC 1, the bearings would feel less smooth and have less “roll-out” than a bearing rating ABEC 9. 

With higher precision ,bearings price will be higher ,but it will not have big differenct ,just choose what you need .

2.What is the Difference Between Shielded(ZZ) or Sealed Bearings(RS)?

Both types 608 ZZ bearings and 608 -2RS bearings can protects the balls from dirt and grime. 

For 608-2RS bearing with rubber seals the Sealing performance will be better ,for 608-ZZ bearings can bear with high temperature .

Does the Number of Balls in a Bearing Matter?

 3.The balls quantity will effect the bearingsfriction and durability. 
For example ,If you have fewer balls, each ball in the bearing must bare more pressure or load.  
The fewer the balls in the bearings the less friction the bearing has. the skate bearings will run faster.
