Normally there are three type of ceramic material can produce bearings .


zirconium oxide (ZrO2), Silicon Nitride(Si3N4) and Silicon Carbide(SIC).

• Full ceramic bearing ZrO2 material has perfect propriety such like suitable for low and high temperatures, high load capacity, corrosion resistance, nonmagnetic insulated and self lubrication. Thus it suit for the specific applications which are not available for bearing steel and hybrid construction ceramic ball bearing materials.

Full ceramic bearings

• Full ceramic bearing Si3N4 material has similar propriety as ZrO2 material, besides it has low weight , good wear resistance, high hardness, and it can bear higher temperature than ZrO2 material.

Si3N4 full ceramic bearings

Silicon carbide (SiC) is a lightweight ceramic material with high strength properties . It has excellent thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion, and is resistant to corrosion from acids. Silicon carbide is an excellent ceramic material for applications requiring good erosion and abrasive resistance.

Silicon carbide is an ideal material for sealing rings and bearings. It has good corrosion resistance, great mechanical strength under high temperature and excellent wear resistance. We can supply ring and bearing products made by SiC as well as other SiC parts.
