zz Meaning in Bearing

1. ZZ is one of bearing closure ,it is dust cover seal , there are zz ball bearings,RS ball bearings ,open ball bearings ;

ZZ is the code used for sealed bearings, which belongs to the post code in the bearing code. The seal of the bearing indicated by ZZ is a double-sided seal with a dust cover. The material of the seal cover is a steel plate.

There is also RS rubber seal , the material are NBR ，the rubber seal have better sealing performance ,the bearing such as 6000 RS means two sides have seals ; if you only need one side seal you need inform supplier in advance .

There is also one with open , without seals .
