Introduction of outer spherical ball bearings
The outer spherical ball bearing is more convenient to use than the general deep groove ball bearing. Its characteristics are that it is simple to install and unload, and can be adjusted. The standard tolerance of the outer spherical ball bearing is: inner diameter is reduced, and the inner diameter is increased to ensure that the shaft is matched. Lightweight; each set of outer spherical ball bearings is not used separately, it must be fitted into the integral installation inside the bearing housing, and the outer spherical bearing housing has various shapes, so it is suitable for use in a variety of structural positions after being integrated. The outer spherical ball bearings can be divided into three categories according to the way of matching with the shaft:
1. Ball bearing with top wire
The code names are: UC200 series (light series), UC300 series (heavy series), and deformed product UB (SB) 200 series. If the environmental load is small, generally choose the UC200 series, otherwise, choose the UC300 series. Generally, there are two jack wires on the outer spherical ball bearing, and the angle is 120°. Its characteristic is that the jack wire is used to press on the shaft when it is matched with the shaft, so as to play a fixed role. Environmental requirements must have a small vibration range. This kind of outer spherical ball bearing is more common, widely used in textile machinery, ceramic machinery and other manufacturing industries.
2. Ball bearing with taper
Its code name is: UK200 series, UK300 series. This type of outer spherical ball bearing has a taper inner hole with an inner diameter of 1:12. It should be used in conjunction with an adapter sleeve when used. The characteristics of this type of outer spherical ball bearing are: it can withstand larger than the outer spherical ball bearing with top wire load. Because the inner diameter of the adapter sleeve of the same model is smaller than that of the outer spherical ball bearing with top wire, for example, the inner diameter of the outer spherical ball bearing with top wire UC209 is 45mm, and the diameter of the shaft used with it is 45mm, and if If you change to a tapered outer spherical ball bearing, you can only choose an adapter sleeve with an inner diameter of 45mm, and the tapered outer spherical ball bearing matched with a 45mm adapter sleeve is only UK210 (of course, if the load is higher, you can choose UK310). Therefore, the load on UK210 should be much larger than that of UC209.
3. Ball bearing with eccentric sleeve
The codes are: UEL200 series, UEL300 series, SA200 series. The main feature of this type of outer spherical ball bearing is that the upper end of the bearing has a certain eccentricity, and the eccentric sleeve with the same eccentricity is matched with it. This type of bearing can also be said to be a special bearing, because it is mainly used on agricultural machinery (harvester, straw returning machine, thresher, etc.). This type of outer spherical ball bearing is mainly used on structures with relatively violent beating, eccentric structure The cooperation can effectively reduce the violent beating.
Four, double-layer ball bearing seal
Compared with other ordinary bearings, the outer spherical ball bearing has a double-layer seal, because the general outer spherical ball bearing is used in harsh environmental conditions, especially for agricultural machinery bearings, and the double-layer seal ensures that dust cannot easily enter the channel. In the last two years, some companies have developed triple-lip seal outer spherical bearings, which greatly enhances the dust-proof ability and prolongs the service life of the bearing.
