LV Series Guide Bearings Have Below Features:
1. Low resistance, long service life and wide application: The V-shaped surface of LV series guide bearing is finely ground and the surface roughness reaches Ra0.32. The V-groove of the bearing is parallel to the mounting plane of the inner ring. When working, the force between the bearing and the cylindrical guide rail is stable, and the friction resistance is small.
2. Simple and convenient installation: After the bearing is equipped with the eccentric shaft and the concentric shaft, the installation is very convenient, and the eccentricity of the eccentric bearing can be adjusted to obtain a suitable preload.
MKL can produce LV bearing adopts the internal structure design with double row angular contact ball bearing and the thickened outer ring, the bearing can bear higher capacity.
MKL can produce LV bearing with material high quality bearing steel AISI52100 or stainless steel AISI440C, with heat treated and precision ground, and filled with long-life high-quality multi-purpose grease. The bearing is dustproof with metal shields or rubber seals .
The bottom of the V-shaped groove of outer ring has an undercut groove. If the backing groove is not allowed for use, the bearing without the undercut can be ordered from us, we can provide with a customized service .
