There are many material can used in underwater ,such as ceramic ,stainless steel 316.

MKL BEARINGS have produce ceramic bearings and plastic bearings inside with stainless steel 316 balls bearings used for underwater .

For ceramic bearings ,there are two type of material ,ZRO2 and Si3N4 zirconium dioxide or silicon nitride, can operate when fully submerged. In fact, ceramic bearings are completely unaffected by seawater and can be used even when they are permanently underwater .

Another type is stainless steel 316 material ,we have produce POM with stainless steel316 bearings used in underwater application .
